When IPECL is popularizing its unique program of Professional education, it is seeking cooperation with professional education and professional certification organizations in various countries and regional to further improve the IPECL professional education program and make the program meet the requirements of internationalization. Through this cooperation, it will be able to popularize its philosophy and to extend the scope of application of educational programs, which made it become an international standard of professional education.
